    The food was delicious and I have nothing but memorable memories from this trip. the place was overall clean with very good staff members. I thoroughly enjoyed its great location close to the central police bazaar area.

    This was an absolutely perfect location adjacent to the centre of the city and popular areas in Shillong. My room was beautifully maintained and had a private safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed.

    The private parking was onsite, EXCELLENT service. Had essentials needed in the double room, including an electric kettle and glassware. Location: the hotel was so close to popular areas in Shillong and Shilllng market.

    We had a good stay at this hotel. Its facilities were spotlessly clean, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. its central location in this city made it convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and they had the most delicious croissants we have ever tasted.

    Here, we were able to indulge in luxurious amenities such as a heated pool, well, maintained facilities, and eco. the buffet breakfast with mouth, watering croissants was an excellent way to start our day.

    Although we enjoyed the stay, there were minor issues such as inadequate valet parking. the hotel's digital clocks were unreliable, and power outages occurred frequently, leaving us in darkness for seconds several times a day.
